Homeschooling is growing by leaps and bounds that promise exciting and challenging times ahead!
Its exploding growth rate can be attributed to two main factors:
- a second generation of homeschoolers who are beginning to follow in their parents footsteps with their own children,
- a new wave of homeschoolers inspired to action by the repulsive new sex curriculum in government schools and Common Core Standards which are destroying the minds of children nationwide.
Until recently, Christian families made up the majority of homeschoolers, and their primary motivation for teaching their children at home stemmed from a desire to raise their children in the fear of the Lord. Nowadays, people homeschool for all kinds of reasons and the results, though overwhelmingly positive, are certainly not standard.
This is great news for people who love freedom; bad news for lawmakers and enforcers who operate outside of a biblical worldview. Homeschooling is a threat to a government intent on standardizing a morally bankrupt system of indoctrination that removes children from families, and turns them into wards of the state (or “useful idiots,” as Lenin called them), that are trained to think, vote, and behave a certain way.
The laws being made in this country are destroying the Christian family. Babies are murdered, marriage as God ordained it to be is being snuffed out, children are being lied to about their origin, identity, and destination, and it all happens legally.
Thus far, homeschooling has been an effective “out” for parents who desire to raise their children with a different set of values than mainstream society has forgotten. It has grown to a point where it can no longer be ignored by the government. Stories of homeschoolers, good and bad, regularly make headlines and the difference between those who have been educated privately and those who have been educated according to government standards is becoming increasingly obvious.
Excepting a dramatic turn of our culture’s tide, homeschoolers can expect an increase in regulation and legislation as parental rights and responsibilities are stripped away in the name of pretentious “greater good.” The battle for family and freedom in North America has never been more real than it is right now.
Homeschooling freedom must not be taken for granted. It must be closely guarded and fought for to be maintained, and that’s why we started Homeschool Supply Company!
Here’s how it works.
